Pick a point of interest that you have, or an area of your life that you want to improve in, and pick up a book on that topic, just one book and read it from front to back.

The reason I say one book is so you can put all your focus on that one book and implement the steps that the author has written about, stopping you from prioritising data for later and buying 400 books on meditation and never actually putting any of it into action.

You can never stop learning, if Elon Musk, Warren Buffet, Cristiano Ronaldo and Jeff Bezos all read books, I'm sure there is going to be something you can learn from reading, and you also have the time to do so if these guys have.

Books are cheap and I personally believe they have the best ROI in the world, £7.99 for decades worth of experience and lessons? No brainer.

Improving Your Relationships

All day you are spending time with yourself and other people, meaning you want to try and get along with as many people as possible so you don't have a life filled with negativity, degeneracy and drama.

To prevent all of these things, you need to improve your relationship with yourself so you respect yourself enough to not get involved with people who may inflict these emotions and scenarios on you.

But having good relationships with people around you will also prevent this as you will help create an atmopshere of positivity, hope, joy and enthusiasm, and if you're the kind of person to bring this energy around with you, then you will have no issues making friends and being a shining light in other people's worlds.
