What does your business coaching procedure look like?
We usually meet our clients in the Oak & Olive Cafe in The Hope Centre, this is more of a relaxed and informal setting compared to the office, which allows our clients to feel less pressure when meeeting with a coach.
You can expect a very personalised approach to our coaching, as we understand that not everyone is the same, and there isn't a one-size fits all approach when it comes to start a business.
What does a Business Startup Coach do?
As Business Startup Coaches, it is our mission to make the process of you setting up a business as smooth as possible.
We do this through giving you the correct action steps and strategies to help you save time, energy and money, as well as giing you more direction and purpose in your approach.

How can I enroll in a course at Citadel Business Academy?
You can enroll by going onto our "Training Courses" page on the "Programmes" tab at the top of our website. You can then select a course of your choice and purchase.
Can anybody receive our business startup coaching?
Yes, anyone in the United Kingdom who wants to set up any kind of business, usually for the first time, can use our support.
If you are located in and around Sheffield and are willing to travel to meet us at The Hope Centre, that is advised, but we will happily conduct our coaching through Google Meet calls if that is what you would prefer.
Do you specialise in a specific industry?
We have the most experience in setting up online businesses, coaching businesses, social enterprises and charities, as these are the businesses our startup coaches have worked in.
However, if you have a business that doesn't fit into this category, please feel free to book a consultation call or meeting with us, and we will see what we can do for you.
How much does your business startup coaching cost?
We conduct our 1-to-1 Business Startup Coaching for £80 per hour, with a 10 minute buffer until we charge for the second hour.
Access to our Business Startup Programme requires a £600 up front cost for six 1 hour sessions, however social enterprises and charities get it for a discounted rate of £450.
